90% of orders are shipped within three business day after an order is placed.

We reserve the right to ship small orders first class if the estimated delivery time is approximately the same as US priority mail (2-3 days in the mail).

Additional shipping & handling fees may apply for pink & green peppercorns because of their delicate nature and the difficulty in shipping them.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for orders canceled before shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

All orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service unless other arrangements are made. We cannot be responsible for additional shipping costs if we are provided an address USPS does not deliver to.

For PayPal customer, we only ship to the confirmed address given to us through PayPal. We cannot be responsible for the cost of reshipping orders when we are provided an incorrect address.

Orders over 18 pounds may be shipped US parcel post at our discretion.
